"We signed up with this office when we moved back to the area. State Farm has increased rates by $30 a month every 6 months since. That’s not the issue with this office, however. My wife started a small business and called to get insurance on her commercial vehicle as well as other insurance services needed. Chuck passed her off to someone who had zero knowledge and who did not get back to her after 2 weeks. You can’t have that kind delay when starting a business. Chuck was very rude and condescending to my wife when she called to tell him about this. She went elsewhere for the business and we’ve gone elsewhere with our personal needs as well."
